blind carbon copy (BCC)
A feature that allows computer users to send e-mail to someone without that person's e-mail address appearing on the message.
If you have ever received e-mail that does not contain your e-mail address, you may have been blind carbon copied. WebTV Plus does not allow users to send messages using Blind carbon copy.
